What my husband and I found in Sandy Crichton was much more than a knowledgeable real estate professional. Yes, she knows the market, current home values, expected appreciation over time, etc. However, she brings so much more to the table. She anticipated our needs when we were looking for a property, both our and the sellers’ needs when we made an offer, and our needs during the inspection and closing process.   I’d need a few pages to describe all she did to make our investment property purchase a success, so I’ll just provide a few examples. We closed on our investment property 9 business days after executing the contract. Sandy quickly arranged for a thorough building inspection and helped me to understand which issues in the 23 page report should be called out for the seller. Sandy also provided referrals to contractors for work we needed to get done before it would be ready to rent-out. She met with me several times with various contractors so that when the deal closed late on a Friday, we were able to get painters started that Sunday along with flooring people, etc. during the following week. The place was ready to rent 1 week after closing (and it was rented on the 1^st day it was available). It took a lot of proactive work on Sandy ’s part to successfully close so quickly and to enable us to get the place ready for occupancy so quickly. Sandy ’s advice and counsel throughout the process was invaluable. As other testimonials consistently state, Sandy is completely true to her word.
